Dr. Harker, age 51, has been President of the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware since 2007. Since 2000, Dr. Harker has served as a Trustee of the Goldman Sachs Trust and Goldman Sachs Variable Trust. He also served as a Member of the Board of Managers of the Goldman Sachs Hedge Fund Partners Registered Fund LLC from 2004 through 2009. Since May 2009, Dr. Harker has served as a director for Pepco Holdings, Inc.
